View.SendAccessibilityEventUnchecked(AccessibilityEvent) Method

This method behaves exactly as #sendAccessibilityEvent(int)
but
takes as an argument an empty AccessibilityEvent
and does not
perform a check whether accessibility is enabled.

This method behaves exactly as #sendAccessibilityEvent(int)
but takes as an argument an empty AccessibilityEvent

If an AccessibilityDelegate
has been specified via calling #setAccessibilityDelegate(AccessibilityDelegate)
its AccessibilityDelegate#sendAccessibilityEventUnchecked(View, AccessibilityEvent)
is responsible for handling this call.
