Returns the state of the textIsSelectable flag (See
#setTextIsSelectable setTextIsSelectable()).

Remarks
Returns the state of the textIsSelectable flag (See #setTextIsSelectable setTextIsSelectable()). Although you have to set this flag to allow users to select and copy text in a non-editable TextView, the content of an EditText can always be selected, independently of the value of this flag.
