The retry policy for one durable outbound call intent. max_attempts includes the first attempt. Strategy-specific settings are defined by the derived policy. Please note this is the abstract base class. The derived classes available for instantiation are: TelephonyOutboundFixedIntervalRetryPolicyResult.
