Creates an instance of AzureEventSourceListener that executes a log
callback every time event is written.
public AzureEventSourceListener (Action<System.Diagnostics.Tracing.EventWrittenEventArgs,string> log, System.Diagnostics.Tracing.EventLevel level);

Parameters
The Action<T1,T2> to call when event is written. The second parameter is formatted message.

The level of events to enable.
