Gets an object representing a SmartGroupResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, Guid) to create a SmartGroupResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetSmartGroupResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
