MockableBlueprintArmClient.GetBlueprintVersionArtifactResource Method

Gets an object representing a BlueprintVersionArtifactResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, String) to create a BlueprintVersionArtifactResourceResourceIdentifier from its components.
