Gets an object representing a BotChannelResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, BotChannelName) to create a BotChannelResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetBotChannelResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
