Gets an object representing a VMwareVmInstanceResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String) to create a VMwareVmInstanceResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetVMwareVmInstanceResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
