Gets an object representing a CassandraClusterResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a CassandraClusterResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetCassandraClusterResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
