Gets an object representing a MongoClusterResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a MongoClusterResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetMongoClusterResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
