A class representing a collection of DevCenterCatalogResource and their operations. Each DevCenterCatalogResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of DevCenterResource. To get a DevCenterCatalogCollection instance call the GetDevCenterCatalogs method from an instance of DevCenterResource.
