MockableDevCenterArmClient.GetDevCenterResource(ResourceIdentifier) Method

Gets an object representing a DevCenterResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a DevCenterResourceResourceIdentifier from its components.
