Gets an object representing an EventGridTopicResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create an EventGridTopicResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetEventGridTopicResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
