Gets an object representing a VerifiedPartnerResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String) to create a VerifiedPartnerResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetVerifiedPartnerResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
