ClusterExtensionTypeCollection	A class representing a collection of ClusterExtensionTypeResource and their operations. Each ClusterExtensionTypeResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ArmResource. To get a ClusterExtensionTypeCollection instance call the GetClusterExtensionTypes method from an instance of ArmResource.
ClusterExtensionTypeResource	A class representing a ClusterExtensionType along with the instance operations that can be performed on it. If you have a ResourceIdentifier you can construct a ClusterExtensionTypeResource from an instance of ArmClient using the GetResource method. Otherwise you can get one from its parent resource ArmResource using the GetClusterExtensionTypes method.

Each ClusterExtensionTypeVersionResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ClusterExtensionTypeResource. To get a ClusterExtensionTypeVersionCollection instance call the GetClusterExtensionTypeVersions method from an instance of ClusterExtensionTypeResource.
