Gets an object representing a StreamingPolicyResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, String) to create a StreamingPolicyResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetStreamingPolicyResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
