MockableMonitorArmClient.GetAlertRuleResource(ResourceIdentifier) Method

Gets an object representing an AlertRuleResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create an AlertRuleResourceResourceIdentifier from its components.
