Gets an object representing a ScheduledQueryRuleResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a ScheduledQueryRuleResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetScheduledQueryRuleResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
