A class representing a collection of NetworkCloudRackResource and their operations. Each NetworkCloudRackResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a NetworkCloudRackCollection instance call the GetNetworkCloudRacks method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
