Gets an object representing an ArmApplicationResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create an ArmApplicationResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetArmApplicationResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
