Gets an object representing a StorageTaskResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a StorageTaskResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetStorageTaskResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
