Gets an object representing a StorageTargetResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, String) to create a StorageTargetResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetStorageTargetResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
