Gets an object representing a TenantPolicyResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier() to create a TenantPolicyResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetTenantPolicyResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
