Remarks
Dispose the client after its operations have completed. Clients created by a KeyClient or KeyResolver borrow their creator's pipeline and do not dispose it. Keep the creator alive until all use of the returned client has completed. Caller-provided transports and credentials are not disposed. Local-only clients do not own an HTTP pipeline.
