Not implemented, does nothing.
Calling this method on Android Lollipop or later (API level >= 21) with true argument will cause it to throw an UnsupportedOperationException.
This member is deprecated. This method was intended to control method call tracing. It has been superseded by ART-specific tracing mechanisms.
