Retrieves the schema names available in this database.

Retrieves the schema names available in this database. The results are ordered by TABLE_CATALOG and TABLE_SCHEM.
The schema columns are: <OL> <LI><B>TABLE_SCHEM</B> String => schema name <LI><B>TABLE_CATALOG</B> String => catalog name (may be null) </OL>
