A SAX ContentHandler that may be used to process SAX parse events (parsing transformation instructions) into a Templates object.

A SAX ContentHandler that may be used to process SAX parse events (parsing transformation instructions) into a Templates object.

Note that TemplatesHandler does not need to implement LexicalHandler.
