The VirtualMachineConfiguration for the pool.
The desired number of dedicated compute nodes in the pool.
If targetDedicatedComputeNodes and targetLowPriorityComputeNodes are omitted,
you must set the AutoScaleEnabled and AutoScaleFormula properties.

If targetDedicatedComputeNodes and targetLowPriorityComputeNodes are omitted,

Returns
