Sets the existing elastic pool for the SQLDatabase. |

Sets the existing elastic pool for the SQLDatabase. |

Sets the new elastic pool for the SQLDatabase, this will create a new elastic pool while creating database. |
| WithoutElasticPool() |
Removes database from it's elastic pool. |
