Extends IDatabaseCreator to add CanConnect() methods. This interface will be merged with IDatabaseCreator in EF Core 3.0.

This interface is typically used by database providers (and other extensions). It is generally not used in application code.

Methods

CanConnect()	Determines whether or not the database is available and can be connected to. Note that being able to connect to the database does not mean that it is up-to-date with regard to schema creation, etc.

EnsureCreated()	Ensures that the database for the context exists. If it exists, no action is taken. If it does not exist then the database and all its schema are created.
