Configures the IFunctionsWorkerApplicationBuilder to use the default set of middleware used by the worker, in the following order:
- Microsoft.Azure.Functions.Worker.OutputBindings.OutputBindingsMiddleware
- Microsoft.Azure.Functions.Worker.Pipeline.FunctionExecutionMiddleware
