Wraps a key using symmetric encryption.

Parameters

keyBytes: Byte[]

The key to be wrapped.

Returns

Byte[]

The wrapped key.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

Thrown if keyBytes is null or has a length of 0.

ArgumentException

Thrown if keyBytes is not a multiple of 8.

ObjectDisposedException

Thrown if Dispose(Boolean) has been called.

SecurityTokenKeyWrapException

Thrown if the key wrapping operation fails.
