Called by the handler when building a cluster marker to obtain a custom image for it.

The pins contained in the cluster. May be smaller than count on
platforms where not every cluster member's pin can be resolved.

The authoritative number of pins in the cluster, independent of how many
could be resolved into pins.

The location (centroid) of the cluster.
Returns
The image to use for the cluster marker, or null to use the default marker.
