EncryptionPolicy	Gets or sets the encryption policy. The EncryptionPolicy may be applied to an AudioVideoFlow by calling the AudioVideoFlow's Initialize method. It is recommended that an EncryptionPolicy value of either Required or Optional be applied to secure media communications.
