Registers a catch-all handler for all invoke activities. Cannot be combined with specific invoke handlers such as OnAdaptiveCardAction(TeamsBotApplication, AdaptiveCardActionHandler), OnTaskFetch(TeamsBotApplication, TaskModuleHandler), etc.
