Minimal Teams channel data for outbound (outgoing) activities. Unlike the full inbound TeamsChannelData, this exposes only the fields a sender actually populates (feedback loop configuration and streaming metadata); inbound-only routing fields such as team, channel, and tenant are intentionally omitted.
