Gets or sets the prefix for cache keys.
Defaults to "ts". Change this to isolate state when multiple bots share the same cache.
Keys are formatted as {KeyPrefix}:conv:{conversationId} and {KeyPrefix}:user:{conversationId}:{userId}.
