Creates an outbound CoreActivityInput from a full (inbound-shaped) CoreActivity. Copies the activity type, id, recipient, and content (extension properties). Transport routing (conversation, service url) and the sender (from) are supplied explicitly to the API clients and are not carried through this conversion.
