The GiveFeedback event allows the source of a drag event (i.e., this diagram) to modify the appearance of the mouse pointer in order to give the user visual feedback during a drag-and-drop operation.

OnGiveFeedback is responsible for changing the cursor based on the value of GiveFeedbackEventArgs.Effect. If OnGiveFeedback does not alter the cursor, then GiveFeedbackEventArgs.UseDefaultCursors should be true. GiveFeedbackEventArgs.Effect is the drop effect value returned by the most recent call to OnDragEnter, OnDragOver, or OnDragLeave.
