Returns flags about the scopes for a specified collection.

Parameters
- collectionPath
- String
[in] The path to the collections file.
- scopes
- UInt32
[out] The __VsEnclosingScopes for the collections.
Returns
Returns S_OK if the scope for the collection was returned.
Remarks
If more than one scope contains the collection, the corresponding flags of those scopes are set. If none of the scopes contains the collection, the scope
parameter is set to EnclosingScopes_None.
