Remarks
This interface is a Managed Extensibility Framework (MEF) service that can be imported by a MEF component. Given an IVsHierarchy and an itemid (just a UINT representing a “key” to one of the items in the hierarchy), the IVsHierarchyItemManager
can return an IVsHierarchyItem or IVsHierarchyItemIdentity representing that item.

Gets whether or not item additions or removals from an IVsHierarchy are currently being processed. This property will be true when changes from one of the following events are being processed: IVsHierarchyEvents.OnItemAdded IVsHierarchyEvents.OnItemDeleted IVsHierarchyEvents.OnItemsAppended IVsHierarchyEvents.OnInvalidateItems. |
