If mapping from scrollbar coordinates to positions in the scrollbar's track, the correct mapping is:

pixel position = (scrollbar coordinate * TrackSpanHeight / (Map.Maximum + Map.ViewportSize)) + TrackSpanTop

scrollbar coordinate = (pixel position - TrackSpanTop) * (Map.Maximum + Map.ViewportSize) / TrackSpanHeight
