Provides data from a trace about target CPU C-states.

The trace from which to access the data.
Returns
A pending result that, after the trace is processed, provides data from the trace about target CPU C-states.
Remarks
Target CPU Idle states are decided by the operating system software, while actual CPU Idle states are determined by hardware, and the two values may not always match.
Windows Performance Analyzer provides this data via the CPU Idle States table (when Type is Target).
