Notification of a data change.
public void NotifyDataChanged(MixedReality.Toolkit.Data.IDataSource dataSource, string keyPath, object value, MixedReality.Toolkit.Data.DataChangeType changeType);
abstract member NotifyDataChanged : MixedReality.Toolkit.Data.IDataSource * string * obj * MixedReality.Toolkit.Data.DataChangeType -> unit
Public Sub NotifyDataChanged (dataSource As IDataSource, keyPath As String, value As Object, changeType As DataChangeType)
Parameters
- dataSource
- IDataSource
The data source that sent this notification.
- keyPath
- String
The resolved keyPath for the data that has changed.
- value
- Object
The value for the data represented by the keyPath and related to the type of change that occurred.
- changeType
- DataChangeType
The type of data change that has occurred.
Remarks
For each registered keyPath, this will be called if the data at that keyPath has changed. If the keyPath represents a complex data structure, like an entire collection of entries, in concept it will notify if any of that data has changed. This currently is not optimized and will be called if there is a wholesale update of the dataset, but not necessarily detecting if there are actually any changes in the subset represented by this keyPath.
