| AudioQualityFailure | 1 | Audio problems caused recognition to fail. |
| Canceled | 2 | User canceled recognition session or the application is paused. |
| TimeoutExceeded | 3 | A timeout due to extended silence or poor audio caused recognition to fail. |
| PauseLimitExceeded | 4 | An extended pause, or excessive processing time, caused recognition to fail. |
| NetworkFailure | 5 | Network problems caused recognition to fail. |
| MicrophoneUnavailable | 6 | Lack of a microphone caused recognition to fail. |
| AuthenticationFailure | 7 | Indicates an authentication error. |
| BadRequest | 8 | Indicates that one or more recognition parameters are invalid or the audio format is not supported. |
| UsageLimitMet | 9 | Indicates that the current usage (e.g. parallel request number, quota) exceeds the limit for a cloud-based service. |
| RemoteFailure | 10 | Indicates a failure happened on the remote server. |
