Invokes ParseURI(String) and returns its result as a task.

The parser to use.
- uri
- String
The URI of the XML document to parse.
Returns
A task that yields the document returned by ParseURI, or null when the parser operates asynchronously. For an asynchronous parser, task completion does not indicate that parsing has completed.
