Performs a logical comparison of two instances of OracleDateTime to determine if they are equal.

An OracleDateTime structure.
An OracleDateTime structure.
Returns
An OracleBoolean that is True if the two instances are not equal or False if the two instances are equal. If either instance of OracleDateTime is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean will be Null.
Remarks
The equivalent method for this operator is OracleDateTime.NotEquals(OracleDateTime, OracleDateTime)
