Performs a logical comparison of two OracleNumber structures to determine whether the first is greater than the second.

An OracleNumber structure.
An OracleBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than the second instance, otherwise False. If either instance of OracleNumber is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean is Null.
