Performs a logical comparison of the two OracleNumber parameters to determine whether they are not equal.

An OracleNumber structure.
An OracleNumber structure.
Returns
An OracleBoolean that is True if the two instances are not equal or False if the two instances are equal. If either instance of OracleNumber is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean is Null.
