Remarks
When calling HttpClient or SocketsHttpHandler methods, HttpProtocolException will be the inner exception of HttpRequestException if a protocol error occurs. When calling Stream methods on the stream returned by ReadAsStream() or ReadAsStreamAsync(CancellationToken), HttpProtocolException can be thrown directly.
